Here are some tips to make the most of the city

Spring break at the University of Bath offers a perfect opportunity to recharge and reflect.

Whether you're diving into new experiences, spending time with friends, or enjoying some downtime, we hope you're making the most of the break.

Events

Over break, there will be loads of events happening both on campus and in the city, so be sure to keep an eye out on ResLife events, and take this opportunity to connect with others.

The events will include Easter themed activities, events for Vaisakhi and Songkran, and more.

The University will also be hosting various Easter activities, and there will be Lent and Easter church services across Bath.

Easter recipes

Fancy getting some baking in over break or trying out new spring recipes? Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Poke bowls: When I think of spring lunches, the thing that comes to mind is something light, refreshing and simple. Poke bowls are a great way to plan your spring meals and they are so versatile that you can add any protein and it will still be tasty.
  • Chocolate Easter egg nest cakes: These easy chocolate treats would be a fun afternoon plan to do with your housemates if you're looking for a simple treat to take down on a picnic.
  • Banana bread: The classic banana bread is a great way to practice your baking over break. If you master the art of a delicious banana bread, your breakfasts or snacks will be sorted coming into exam season.
