Margarita Donkoh Lockner

Hi I'm Margarita and I'm a final year Civil and Architectural Engineering student. I'm Ghanaian, but I grew up in Spain. In my spare time, I tutor Maths and Spanish, I volunteer in different charities, and I like watching TV shows. I am really passionate about diversity and inclusion in non-diverse spaces. My goal is to develop a sense of acceptance and belonging spaces in university. I look forward to seeing you all! :)

Yashil Hurry

Hey, I’m Yashil, originally from Mauritius and I’m heading into my final year of Accounting and Finance. I started out in Brendon Court, so I’ve got plenty of tips and stories from those early days. I love exploring new cities and discovering unique pubs. I’m also a language enthusiast and speak over 5 languages which helps me dive into different cultures!

Oye Okoampah

Hi everyone! I’m Oye, a second year international student studying Management with Marketing. My favourite things to do are go on skyline walks, hang out with my friends, play guitar and read books! I’m excited to be a Reslife Ambassador because I love helping people out, and ease their transition into what could be described as one of the most chaotic periods of their lives.

I hope anyone who sees this feels comfortable enough to reach out to me and ask me for any kind of help they would need. Can’t wait to see you in September!

I'm a second-year Biomedical Science student from the Isle of Wight. I've been passionate about plant-based nutrition since transitioning to a vegan lifestyle at age 10. I enjoy cross-stitching, reading, and spending time outdoors in nature.
