Community Starts Here 

We understand that moving to a new city and meeting new people can be both exciting and a bit uncertain. Living with people you have never met before can feel intimidating, which is why we have introduced The Ambassador Platform to help you connect with your future housemates and neighbours even before you arrive in Bath.

All students are invited to join their accommodation community, where you can join sub-groups to find and meet your nearest neighbours and housemates.

You will also meet our ResLife Ambassadors, who are current students experienced in living in University of Bath accommodation. They will be more than happy to share their insights and answer any questions you may have about what it's like to arrive and live in Bath.

To join your community, follow these simple steps:

1) Follow the community link emailed to you by ResLife in your first arrivals communication, and download The Ambassador Platform app to create your account.

2) Create your profile so other students can get to know a bit about you. You can include your nationality and programme of study, as well as your hobbies and interests.

3) Explore the community and have your room number at the ready to find your housemates.

That’s it! Get ready to introduce yourself, reach out to others, and start building connections.
