There are six food and drink counters in the lime tree. Typical opening hours have been listed for each counter; these only apply during term time, and may occasionally change, particularly during reading weeks.
Tiglio
11.30am to 8pm weekdays and 12pm to 7pm weekends
Tiglio serves a range of Italian food, including pizza and pasta.
Food is ordered using a self-service touchscreen machine at the station. There is a menu directly behind the machine.
When you are ready, select your items on the touchscreen and pay by card of via the Bath Go app. Take your receipt, which will contain an order number. The last four digits are your collection code.
Watch the digital screen above the counter - when your collection code appears, your food is ready.
Good to know:
- People waiting for orders often sit on the high tables near the collection counter.
- At peak times, there is often a queue behind the machine. It can occasionally block the walkway, so just follow whoever is ahead of you.
- Wait times are usually under 10 minutes; if it's going to be longer, a staff member will let you know.
- If you would prefer not to use the machine, you can order pizza through the Brew counter instead.
Deli
11.30am to 8pm weekdays and 12pm to 7pm weekends
Deli serves freshly made food during opening hours. It is self-serve, so you will need to pick up your own bowl or plate, and add items using the tongs provided.
Once you've constructed your salad, there are two different ways you might need to pay:
- The counter is only staffed during weekdays from 12pm to 3pm. During this time, you can order and pay directly with staff at the counter.
- Outside of these times, and during weekends, there is no staff member at the counter. This is signposted at the till. You will need to head to Brew with your food to pay.
Grab & Go
Available during outlet opening hours.
Grab & Go is a self-serve section stocked with sandwiches, drinks, and snacks.
To order, pick-up what you want, and head to either the Brew or Deli counters to pay.
Brew
10am to 8pm weekdays and 12pm to 6pm weekends
At Brew, you can purchase coffee, hot drinks, and sweet treats.
There is a barrier queuing system to guide the line. Facing Brew, walk in from the right of the barrier, and enter on the side with the cake display.
Available drinks are displayed behind the counter. You will need to order and pay at the till. If you just bought a snack or cake, this will be handed to you across the counter.
If you ordered a drink, continue on the till side of the barrier until you reach the nearby waiting area. Your items will be left here when ready for collection.
Drink collection point
Good to know:
- The waiting area is right next to the coffee machines, which can be quite loud when in use.
- Opposite the collection point, you will find a small table with cup lids, sugar, and stirrers.
- Brew is also where you pay for Deli items when the counter is not staffed.
Bar
12pm to 8pm weekdays and 12pm to 7pm weekends
A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at Bar.
To order, directly approach the staff member at the till. There is a small menu available on the counter, and spirits, mixers, and draught beer taps are visible from the front.
Global Plate
12pm to 2pm and 5.30pm to 7.30pm on weekdays. Closed on Saturdays. 12pm to 3pm on Sundays.
Global Plate serves a range of international food, featuring dishes from different regions on different days of the week.
Queue on the left side of the counter; you will spot a menu on an easel as you approach. Pick up a tray and let a staff member know what you would like to order.
You will bring your plate to the right side of the counter; once you reach the till, you will confirm what you have ordered, usually with a different member of staff, and pay by card or using the Bath Go app.
