Living in a studio room? This is the place to be!
Brunch, bingo and meet your new neighbours
New to your studio and wondering who else is living in your building? Join us for a Studio Mingle Brunch and meet other students who are settling into halls alongside you.
Enjoy free pastries and drinks while getting involved in Mingle Bingo and other fun, easy icebreaker games designed to get the conversation flowing and help you make some new connections.
Our ResLife Ambassadors will also be there to get to know you, answer any questions you might have about living in halls, and make sure everyone feels welcome and has fun. There's no pressure and no awkward formal introductions, just a relaxed chance to chat, have some food and get to know your neighbours.

Green Park Living Lounge is located on the ground floor of the building, just right of the main entrance and across from the reception. The lounge is accessible with an automatic door and a sloped entrance for wheelchair users. There are a range of seats in the lounge including table seats, sofas, and high seats. There is lots of natural light from the multiple windows along the length of the lounge.
ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you – you’ll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.
Our Studio Mingle Brunch will be a relaxed and informal event designed to help you meet other students living in studio rooms. There will be a range of optional icebreaker games, including Mingle Bingo, but there's no pressure to take part in everything or speak to lots of people at once. You can join in at your own pace and take a break if you need to.
Green Park House Living Lounge has lots of natural light from its large windows, a range of different seating options, and plenty of space. If you need some time away from the main activity, you can take a break in a quieter corner of the room.
ResLife Ambassadors will be there throughout the event to welcome you, introduce you to others and answer any questions about living in halls. They'll also be on hand to help make sure everyone feels comfortable and included, so if you need any support at any point, they’ll be more than happy to help.
A range of breakfast options will be available, and allergens will be clearly labelled. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, feel free to let a member of the team know on arrival - we’re happy to help.
