Grab a drink. Join a game.

Game on

Pull up a chair for an evening of board games, card games and a glass of bubbly. Whether you're a strategy pro or just here for the laughs, there's a game for everyone.

Come with your flatmates or on your own. Our ResLife Ambassadors will help you find a table and a game to join.

Let the games begin

Polden Common Room is on the ground floor of Polden B Block, next to the Polden Cafe and just along from the West Accommodation Centre. The room is fully accessible with step-free access and a range of booth and table seating. There are accessible toilets on the same floor. ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you. You'll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on. You can find out more about Polden Common Room here.

You're welcome to arrive at any time during the event and stay for as long as you like.

There will be a selection of games set up across the tables. If you're coming on your own, our RLAs will happily introduce you to others or explain the rules of any game.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic bubbly will be available. You're welcome to join in whether you drink or not.

The space may get louder during competitive rounds. If you need a quieter spot, just let one of our RLAs know.
