Need a change of scenery, some company, or just somewhere to escape your room for a bit? The Polden Common Room is your go-to student lounge; open every evening, 7 days a week during term time.

Whether you’re in the mood for a proper catch-up, fancy meeting some new people, or just want to sit somewhere that isn’t your bedroom, The Commons has you covered. Come along for a solo decompress, bring your flatmates and friends, or grab a comfy spot and take the evening at your own pace.

Opening Times:

• Monday – Friday, 6pm-11pm

• Weekends, 7pm-12pm

Fancy a chat with our ResLife Ambassadors? They’ll be there every evening ready to welcome you, and are happy to be a listening ear if you need someone to talk to or are looking for some friendly advice.
