Choosing where to live is a big decision, and it helps to see your room before you arrive. These video tours show some of the accessible rooms in our accommodation, so you can see the layout and space for yourself.
We have more accessible rooms than the ones shown here, in a range of buildings and room types. We'll keep adding new tours, so check back.
Woodland Court is in leafy surroundings on the east side of campus, close to all campus facilities. All three rooms below are wheelchair accessible large ensuites, two floors up and reached by the lift in Block C.
Accessible ensuite with wet room shower (W3D1.01) Wet room style shower with a shower seat.
Accessible ensuite with wet room shower (W3D1.14) Wet room style shower with a shower seat.
Accessible ensuite with bath (W3D1.15) Adapted bath with an overhead shower.
Find out more about living there on our Welcome to Woodland Court page.
Each room has:
- a 4' double bed
- a wheelchair charging point
- a motorised external door into the building
- pullcords by the bed, toilet and shower that alert Security
- grab rails and a raised toilet seat in the bathroom
- lower worktops in the shared kitchen

Accessible studio (B1.01) A wheelchair accessible studio on the ground floor of Block B. It's part of a flat, so you have your own space and still have flatmates nearby.

Where else can I find accessible rooms?

- Woodland Court: more large ensuites on several floors, with lift access, wet room showers or adapted baths, and wheelchair charging points.
- The Quads: a ground floor accessible ensuite in Quads Damson as well as Quads Chestnut.
- Polden: a second ground floor accessible studio in Block A.

- Polden Court
- Marlborough Court and Solsbury Court
- Scala Court (city)
- Ground floor rooms: available in many of our buildings. Some have a slope or a few external steps to the entrance, so ask us about the route.
- Buildings with lifts: including Woodland Court, Polden, Norwood House, Green Park House, Thornbank Gardens, Carpenter House, John Wood, Eveleigh Waterside and Scala Court.
- Studios: your own kitchenette and ensuite, on campus and in the city.
