Come and paint a beautiful mandala and unwind
Calling all city residents, come along to our mandala painting workshop!
Join us at John Wood this Tuesday to explore your creativity and unwind through the art of mandala painting.
Mandalas have many different meanings. They symbolise unity and wholeness, are used in many spiritual practices, painting mandalas is seen as meditative practice that promotes relaxation and they are a great way to explore your creativity!
At this event you can paint your own mandala and practice mindfulness and self-expression. No prior art experience is necessary, all you need is your enthusiasm and an open mind! We’ll provide all the materials you need, so you can focus on the joy of painting and the calming process of bringing your mandala to life.
