6 June in The Pump Room - WIG! The Pride NOT Prejudice Ball

If you haven't been to WIG! before you are missing out - come along to Bath's premier drag cabaret to experience some fab South West drag.

18-21 June at the Rondo Theatre - The Taming of the Shrew

The Rondo Theatre Company are putting on a gender queered production of Taming of the Shrew.

27 June at The Holburne Museum - Holburne Pride Party

For performances, dancing, and an inclusive community space, check out Holburne's annual pride party.

12 July starting in Castle Park - Bristol Pride Parade March

Celebration and protest are at the core of Pride, and we're lucky in Bath to be near the wonderful city of Bristol, which has a large annual pride parade.

Talks and exhibitions

From 31 May in the Roman Baths - Seeing Queerly: Co-Curating Collections

LGBTQ+ staff at The Roman Baths, have curated a temporary display case so we can explore their collection through a queer lens.

June at 16 Queen Square or online - Queer Georgians

Dr Tim Moore of the National Trust is giving a talk on LGBTQ+ people in the Georgian era, focusing on Bath in particular.

3 June in the American Museum & Gardens - History and legacy of Stonewall Rising

Right next door to campus in the American Museum, Andrew Foyle, a buildings historian and social historian, will be speaking about the history and legacy of NYC's Stonewall rising in 1969. 

Tickets are free, normal admission applies to the museum and gardens

22 June in The Guildhall - Bad Gays LIVE

An iconic podcast, Bad Gays, is coming to Bath! A local queer academic and drag performer, Nik Jovčić-Sas, will be joining regular hosts Ben Miller and Huw Lemmey for a live podcast recording, followed by a Q&A. They will be talking about William Beckford, "one of Bath's most infamous bad gays".
