Find the time slot for when you can move into your new home

We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation. Arrival times are spread over two days, Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September 2024. This is to help manage everyone arriving, ease traffic and ensure you arrive at the same time as your new housemates .

If your accommodation arrivals slot is for Friday 20 September, this does not affect your contract start date of Saturday 21 September.

You can use the below tables to find your arrival time and where to collect your keys. Please note these times are subject to change, so we recommend you check for updates regularly and especially before you travel.

Arrival times for the West side of campus

Your key collection point is the West Car Park. This collection point is open between 09:00 until 16:00. Outside of these times on Friday 20 and Saturday 21, and for all arrivals from Sunday 21 September, you will need to visit the West Accommodation Centre.

Arrival dates for the East side of campus

Your key collection point is the East Car Park. This collection point is open between 09:00 until 16:00. Outside of these times on Friday 20 and Saturday 21, and for all arrivals from Sunday 21 September you will need to visit the East Accommodation Centre.

Arrival dates for the City accommodation

Where available there is parking listed. This parking is available for unpacking and drop off only, and you will need to display a permit clearly in your windscreen. Once unpacked if you require further parking provision you will need to move to one of the many available pay and display car parks in Bath.

Parking permits will be available to download and print from 1 September.
