We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation. Arrival times are spread over three days, Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026. This is to help manage everyone arriving, ease traffic and ensure you arrive at the same time as your new housemates .
If your accommodation arrivals slot is for Friday 18 September, this does not affect your contract start date of Saturday 20 September.
If your accommodation arrivals slot is for Sunday 21 September, once you have arrived on the Sunday a credit of one days rent will be applied to your accommodation account.
Opening times for Key Collection locations are listed next to your arrival time slot. For the majority of accommodations you are able to move in at any point, on the date published, within these opening times.
Any accommodation that is unable to be moved into before the stated time can be identified from the * next to the accommodation time. Please contact us at reslife@bath.ac.uk if you need to arrive early into one of these accommodations and we will see what we can do.
You may arrive after the scheduled date or time for your accommodation without notifying us. Your accommodation will be prepared and ready for you whenever you arrive, even if it’s after the specified date or time.
If you plan to arrive earlier than your designated check-in time, please be aware that you might need to wait until the scheduled time to collect your keys. This will be due to our operations teams working hard to get your accommodation ready.
If you are going to arrive after the key collections point close, such as late at night or early in the morning, we will need you to complete the Out of Hours arrivals form. This will inform us of when to expect you so we can be prepared.
When you are 30 minutes from arriving at your accommodation call +44(0)1225 385349 to inform our security team of your accommodation and that you are on your way. They will meet you to provide you with your access card and key.

You can use the below tables to find your arrival time and where to collect your keys. Please note these times are subject to change, so we recommend you check for updates regularly and especially before you travel.
These times have been set to manage traffic and parking due to limited parking space both in the City and on Campus. This will ensure a great arrival experience.
You can arrive any time on or after the date/time slot below, we have arranged it so housemates all arrive together, so please keep this in mind if you are planning to arrive later.
Arrival times for the West side of campus
Your key collection point is Polden Commons with parking available in the West Car Park.
This collection point is open between 9am until 4pm on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September. Outside of these hours and from Sunday 20 September, you will need to visit the West Accommodation Centre.
Parking on campus for arrivals is limited to a maximum of 2 hours and is monitored via an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system. If your vehicle remains on campus beyond this time, you will need to move it off-site. Failure to do so may result in a parking fine being issued.

Arrival dates for the City accommodation
Where parking is available, it is intended for unloading and drop-off only. You must clearly display a permit in your windscreen while parked. After unloading, if you need to park for a longer period, please use one of the many pay and display car parks in Bath.
These key collection locations will be open between 9am until 10pm on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September. From 9am on Sunday 20 September you will need to collect your keys from your ResLife Hub (locations listed in the table below).
