Green beans & bacon lardons

Ingredients

  • Green Beans – Fresh x 2 packs
  • Bacon or Fake Bacon pack
  • Seasoning (Salt & Pepper)

Method

  1. Prepare fresh green beans (cut off tips from both ends)
  2. Blanch in boiling salted water & set aside
  3. Add butter into a frying pan
  4. Cut (fake) bacon into lardons or small pieces and fry until crispy.
  5. Drain and place the green beans into the pan with lardons and heat
  6. Serve
