Green beans & bacon lardons

Ingredients

  • Green Beans – Fresh x 2 packs
  • Bacon or Fake Bacon pack
  • Seasoning (Salt & Pepper)

Method

  1. Prepare fresh green beans (cut off tips from both ends)
  2. Blanch in boiling salted water & set aside
  3. Add Butter into a frying pan
  4. Cut fake bacon into lardons or small pieces & fry until crispy.
  5. Drain & place the green beans into the pan with lardons & heat
  6. Serve
