Ingredients
- Green Beans – Fresh x 2 packs
- Bacon or Fake Bacon pack
- Seasoning (Salt & Pepper)
Method
- Prepare fresh green beans (cut off tips from both ends)
- Blanch in boiling salted water & set aside
- Add butter into a frying pan
- Cut (fake) bacon into lardons or small pieces and fry until crispy.
- Drain and place the green beans into the pan with lardons and heat
- Serve
