Honey roasted parsnips

Perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within

Cooking time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- Fresh Parsnips x 8
- Honey (or agave syrup for vegan alternative)
- Butter (melt) or vegan spread
- Seasoning (salt and pepper)
- Oil
Method
- Peel the parsnips and chop off the top and tail
- Chop into evenly sized batons
- Place parsnips in a bowl, adding oil & seasoning. Hand mix to cover all parsnips
- Bake on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 180°C
- Add honey and butter in the last 5 mins of cooking
- Serve when golden brown and sticky
