We're here to help

Exam season has arrived, and we know that revision can start to feel isolating; long hours, growing to-do lists, and the pressure to stay on track. But it doesn’t have to be something you do alone.

Our Study Support event is a chance to work alongside other students in a shared, supportive space. Whether you’re deep into revision or just getting started, you can drop in, settle down, and study at your own pace, surrounded by others doing the same.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there throughout the session to help create a welcoming, encouraging environment — offering support, keeping things running smoothly, and making it easier to stay motivated. You’re free to come with friends or on your own, and stay for as long or as little as you need.

There’ll also be free study packs available to pick up, filled with useful bits to help you through the final stretch of exam season. It’s a small boost, but sometimes that’s exactly what makes the difference.

Simple, flexible, and open to everyone, this is a space to focus, feel supported, and make revision a little less overwhelming.

Claverton Rooms are located above 2W across from The Library on campus. You can see the location of 2W on the map here.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you. You'll be able to recognise them wearing their light blue hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

This is a quiet, structured study space where you can work independently alongside other students. You’re free to arrive and leave at any time, and there’s no pressure to stay for the full session. The environment will be calm, with a low to moderate level of background noise typical of shared study spaces.

You’re welcome to bring your own materials, use headphones, and set your own pace. Student Ambassadors will be present if you need support or have questions, but there’s no requirement to interact.

Free study packs will be available to collect during the session. The focus is on providing a supportive, flexible environment to help you stay on track during revision.
