From kitchen novice to sushi pro

Join us for a hands‑on sushi class where our Chef will guide you through the whole process step by step, from preparing your ingredients to rolling your own sushi with confidence. And yes, you’ll get to enjoy your creations at the end!

The Chef will demonstrate each technique, share helpful tips, and answer any questions along the way, so you’ll leave knowing exactly how to recreate sushi at home whenever the craving hits.

All this for £3. Come along, roll, taste, and learn something new!

The session will be held in Limetree. You’ll be able to recognise them wearing a light blue t-shirt or hoodie with the ResLife logo on. The Limetree is fully accessible with seating and disabled toilets available. There are water refill stations and quiet areas in case you need a breather.

The session will be held in Limetree. A Support Ambassador will be there to greet you. You will easily be able to spot them in their Ambassador hoodie.

This event for anyone who loves to cook and want to learn more. Our talented chef, Mike James is there to help and guide you through the session.

This session will include:

Step-by-step preparation and cooking demonstrations.
Guidance on domestic kitchen food safety, plus hints and tips.

Please arrive for the session at 2:50pm so we can make a prompt start at 3:00pm.
