Pick a film, grab a bowl

Film night with a free cereal bar

Join us for a special Cereal Cinema to mark Black History Month. Choose from three films celebrating Black stories and talent, grab a bowl of cereal and get cosy.

It's the perfect way to switch off midweek and spend an evening with other students.

Lights down, spoons up.

ResLife Ambassadors will meet you in the John Wood Social Space. The space is fully accessible with automatic doors and accessible toilets on the ground floor. There is plenty of seating, including sofas.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you. You'll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

When everyone has arrived, you'll vote on the night from a choice of three Black History Month themed films.

There will be a free cereal bar to enjoy during the film.

You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks too.

The event runs until around 11:00pm, depending on the length of the film. You're welcome to leave at any point.

If you need a break during the film, just let one of our RLAs know.
