Meet your neighbours over good food and great vibes

It's Friday so let's kick off the weekend with the East Campus BBQ!

Taking place on Chancellor’s Green, this laid-back afternoon is all about bringing together residents from across East Campus to mingle, relax, and enjoy some great food in the sunshine.

Whether you're from Solsbury Court, Eastwood or any of the nearby buildings. this is your chance to meet new faces, make connections, and finish the week with good vibes.

You’ll have the choice of a grilled chicken breast or a vegan burger, served in a soft bun with a tasty selection of sides and toppings, think fresh salad, ketchup and mayo.

We’ll also have a range of drinks to keep you refreshed while you enjoy the background music and join in with some casual games dotted around the green.

Come on by, all you need to bring is yourself and your appetite!

ResLife Ambassadors will meet you on Chancellor's Green. You’ll be able to recognise them wearing a light blue t-shirt or hoodie with the ResLife logo on.

Chancellor's Green is right by Chancellor's Building which has accessible toilets available should you need them.

At this event, you’re invited to come and enjoy a relaxed BBQ on the Chancellors Green. Our ResLife Ambassadors will meet you there.

The time during this event is largely unstructured, which gives you the chance to introduce yourself, meet new people from different accommodations, and settle in. Food is subject to availability, once it's gone, it's gone so we recommend you turn up to the event on time. Drinks, side dishes and toppings will be provided. Allergens will be clearly labelled. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, feel free to let a member of the team know on arrival, we’re happy to help.

There are picnic benches available which you are welcome to use.

Accessible toilets in Chancellor’s building or in Limetree which are right by Chancellors Green. If you need a quieter spot, just ask the team and they can help you find a nearby calm area to take a breather.
