Turn up the music and hit the dance floor

Dancing queen or two left feet, everyone's welcome at our Just Dance Night. Follow the moves on screen, pick your favourite songs and take on your flatmates for the top score.

There's no wrong way to do it. Just join in, have a laugh and let off some steam midweek. Our ResLife Ambassadors will be dancing right alongside you.

Let's get those feet moving!

ResLife Ambassadors will meet you in the John Wood Social Space. The space is fully accessible with automatic doors and accessible toilets on the ground floor.

There is plenty of seating if you'd rather arrive early or sit out a song or two. ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you. You'll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

There will be some unstructured time at the start while people arrive. If you're coming on your own, our RLAs will happily introduce you to others. Songs will be played one at a time on a big screen, with a few people dancing each round.

You can dance as much or as little as you like, or just watch and cheer others on. The event will be loud and energetic, with music playing throughout. If you need a break or a quieter space, just let one of our RLAs know and they'll be happy to help.

Wear comfortable clothes and trainers so you can move easily. Drinks will be available to help you cool down between songs.
