Craft your way into Hanukkah

As we get ready for Hanukkah, we’re kicking off the season with a relaxed, creative gathering where you can make your own felt dreidel decorations.

Whether you’re here to celebrate the holiday, unwind with friends, or just try something new, this is the perfect chance to de-stress, get crafty, and add a little festive brightness to your uiversity flat. No artistic skills required. All you need are good vibes, good company, and a willingness to have fun.

We'll provide the supplies, you bring the creativity, and let’s spin our way into Hanukkah together.

ResLife Ambassdors will meet you in Limetree. You’ll be able to recognise them wearing a light blue t-shirt or hoodie with the ResLife logo on.

The Limetree has automatic doors, fully accessible toilets and plenty of seating available.

You’re welcome to arrive at any time during the event. There’s no formal start or end, so feel free to drop in when it suits you and stay for as long (or as little) as you like.

There will be some unstructured time while waiting for people to arrive which gives you the chance to introduce yourself, meet new people if you want to, and settle in. If you need some help with this, for example, if you arrive on your own, our ResLife Ambassadors will happily help introduce you to others.

All materials will be provided for you. All you need to bring is yourself. Refreshments such as snacks and drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
