Once a month, Frome's town centre closes to traffic and becomes one of the South West's best street markets. The award-winning Frome Independent is packed with makers, vintage stalls, street food and live music.

Our ResLife Ambassadors will travel with you by train and explore the stalls alongside you. It's a great chance to see somewhere new, find a few treasures and meet students from across our accommodation.

Please note: you will need to buy your own train ticket. A Railcard can save you money if you have one.

Meet ResLife Ambassadors outside the main entrance of Bath Spa train station at 10:15am.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you.

You'll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

While waiting for the train, there will be some unstructured time to say hello. If you're coming on your own, our RLAs will introduce you to others.

At the market, you can explore with the group or head off on your own. Frome gets busy on market days. If you need a quieter spot or a break, let an RLA know and they'll help.

A few tips for the day:

- Bring cash and a card, as not every stall takes card.

- Wear comfortable shoes, as there are hills and lots of walking.

- Bring a reusable bag for anything you buy.

- We'll travel back together by train, arriving in Bath at around 3:30pm.
