Serving looks and serving history

Get ready to paint, blend, contour and SLAY! Join us at Green Park House for an unforgettable evening all about the art of drag makeup, from bold brows to fierce contour to lashes that touch the heavens. Whether you’ve never picked up a brush before or you’re already experimenting with glam looks, this workshop is the perfect place to learn, try something new, and explore drag expression in a supportive, queer‑positive space.

dive straight into hands‑on makeup time: follow YouTube tutorials and learn beginner-friendly techniques as you create your own drag-inspired face. Expect colour, expression, glitter, and a whole lot of joy.

The heart of this night is makeup, transformation, and celebrating the beauty of drag.

Come curious, come creative, come ready to glow.

Green Park Living Lounge is located on the ground floor of the building, just right of the main entrance and across from the reception. The lounge is accessible with an automatic door and a sloped entrance for wheelchair users. There are a range of seats in the lounge including table seats, sofas, and high seats. There is lots of natural light from the multiple windows along the length of the lounge.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you – you’ll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

This event is all about learning about drag makeup. No make up or drag experience is needed. Just come along and have fun and experiment.

At this event you can take part at your own pace. You will follow tutorials and ResLife Ambassadors will also be on hand to help you. You can look online for inspiration, find tutorials on YouTube they want to follow. All materials will be provided.

There will be quiet music playing in the background. There is no structured break during this event, but you are welcome to leave and re-join at any point. The session runs for around 2 hours, but you can leave at any point.
