Meet the ResLife Ambassadors for your building

Hello Aquila Court, Thornbank and Scala. Your RLAs are here to support you during your first year at University as you settle into you accommodation and navigate life in Bath.

The ResLife Ambassadors will be friendly faces at events and will offer support through regular accommodation visits. It’s time to meet your ResLife Ambassadors.

Amber Gardner

Hi! I'm Amber, I'm in my final year studying Psychology. I spent my first year living in Solsbury. I am a part of the tennis and dance societies, and I am hoping to go on and complete a PHD for educational Psychology. 

Ubani Adelagun

Hi, I'm Ubani and currently in my 2nd year studying computer science. I am from Nigeria, and I enjoy helping everybody feel included as a community.

Mercy Martins

My name is Mercy O. Martins, and I’m from Nigeria. I’m a third-year PhD student in the Department of Education. My research focuses on decolonising language practices in Nigeria, which aligns with my deep interest in inclusion and diversity.

I hold several roles within the University, including Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty Representative for Doctoral Students, Peer Mentor, and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, learning new things, listening to music, and watching movies. I also love playing board games.

Megan Ullahs

I'm a second-year Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence student from the UAE. I'm passionate about technology and its potential to make a positive impact in the world. In my free time, I enjoy reading, ice skating and listening to music. I’m excited to be part of the RLA team and look forward to supporting students and helping build a welcoming community in our accommodation!

Sereena Ann Soby

Hi! I’m a second-year Computer Science student from the UK. I often visit family in India and love staying connected to both places. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, doing movie nights whenever I can, and trying to improve my programming skills. I’m also a big cricket fan and have recently started crocheting, following tutorials to make plushies. I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone!
