Paint, Sip, and Settle In

Unleash your inner artist and join us for our Sip and Paint event at Aquila Court. Whether you’ve got zero painting experience or you're a seasoned Picasso, this laid-back and fun-filled evening is all about unwinding, sipping on delicious drinks, and creating your own masterpiece.

Grab a brush, pick your picture, and get creative. Perfect for all skill levels, you’ll be channelling your inner artist in no time while getting to enjoy a relaxing evening.

Bring your friends or make new ones at this friendly event to enjoy good vibes and tasty drinks while you paint the night away.

Join us in the Aquila Court Social Space– we’ll have brushes at the ready!

This event will be held in Aquila Court social space, through the main entrance and next to the reception. There is an accessible toilet on the same floor and range of seating available, including both seats and

sofas.

ResLife Ambassadors will be there to welcome you. You’ll be able to recognise them in their light blue RLA hoodies and t-shirts with the ResLife logo on.

Our RLA's will be in the Aquila Court Reception to welcome you. Don’t worry if you’re coming on your own, they’ll be there to introduce you to other students and get you set with everything you’ll need to join in.

There’s no official icebreaker; the event is designed to be casual and relaxed. You can chat with other students whilst you paint or just take some time to reflect quietly if that’s more your vibe. ResLife Ambassadors will be on hand to help with anything you might need.

We’ll provide all the materials you need, including canvases, paints and different tasty drink options for you to enjoy.

The whole event is unstructured and flexible, come and go as needed or stay the whole time.

If you need a quieter spot, just ask the team and they can help you find a nearby calm area to take a breather.

Help us make this event a sustainable one by bringing your own cup to enjoy the refreshments.
