Fuel your brain and ace your exams

What you eat has a direct impact on your focus, memory, and mental performance—so why not give your brain the fuel it needs to excel? We will uncover how a Mediterranean-inspired diet rich in whole foods, healthy fats, and key nutrients can enhance concentration, balance energy levels, and support brain health.

In this session you will learn to cook Buddha bowls, a one bowl meal that contains grains, fresh or roasted vegetables and a source of protein. Alongside this you will make sweet potato wedges, cocoa almond bliss balls.

With hands-on cooking demonstrations and a tasty meal to share, you’ll leave with brain-boosting recipes and strategies to help you perform at your best - academically, physically, and mentally.

Everyone is welcome to attend. The event will be held in Virgil Building.

The session will be held in Virgil Building in the Level 1 kitchen. A ResLife Ambassador will be there to greet you. You will easily be able to spot them in their bright blue ResLife Ambassador hoodie.
