Join us for a fun, laid‑back event where it’s all about relaxing, having a laugh, and enjoying some well‑deserved treats. Come along to play a mix of easy, social games, perfect for jumping in at any time and pick up a goodie bag to take away with you.

Whether you’re bringing friends or coming along solo, this is a great chance to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy some light‑hearted competition with zero pressure. Drop in, grab some goodies, join a game (or a few), and enjoy a good‑vibes session made just for student.

ResLife Ambassadors will meet you in the Clevelands lounge. You’ll be able to recognise them wearing a light blue t-shirt or hoodie with the ResLife logo on.

The Clevelands lounge is in the courtyard. The lounge is accessible via card access and seating in the lounge. There are no toilets available in the lounge.

Games and goodie bag night is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can unwind and have fun at your own pace.

When you arrive, our student ambassadors will be there to greet you, help you find a game that suits your interests, and introduce you to others if you’d like. You’re also welcome to join in quietly, observe for a bit, or play solo-friendly games — whatever feels most comfortable for you.

There will be a wide selection of games to choose from, including well-known classics like Scrabble and Chess, as well as newer and easy-to-learn options. The atmosphere will be calm and friendly, with low-level background music and a mix of quieter and more social spaces so you can choose where you feel best.
