Colourful eggs, crafty baskets, endless fun

We’re diving into a cosy, creative Easter‑themed session where you can decorate your own Easter eggs and design a personalised basket to go with them.

This event is all about relaxing, having fun, and making something bright and cheerful to celebrate the season. Whether you’re a paint‑brush pro, a craft‑lover, or someone who just enjoys trying something new, you’re in the right place. Feel free to go classic, colourful, minimalist, chaotic, whatever style fits you!

We’ll provide everything you need: eggs, baskets, paints, decorations, and plenty of inspiration. You just bring your ideas (and maybe a little excitement for chocolate).

Our ResLife Ambassadors are here if you need help, tips, or creative suggestions. Let’s get crafting and make some lovely Easter creations together!

Our ResLife Ambassadors will meet you in the Pulteney Court Lounge. You’ll be able to recognise them wearing a light blue t-shirt or hoodie with the ResLife logo on.

The Pulteney Court Lounge is located on the ground floor next to the Operations Office. The lounge is accessible via card access, there is seating and toilets available.

Our RLA's will be in the Pulteney Court Living Lounge to welcome you. At this event you will decorate an Easter Basket and your own chocolate Easter eggs.

There’s no official icebreaker; the event is designed to be casual and relaxed. You can chat with other students whilst you paint or just take some time to reflect quietly if that’s more your vibe. ResLife Ambassadors will be on hand to help with anything you might need. Don’t worry if you’re coming on your own, they’ll be there to introduce you to other students and get you set with everything you’ll need to join in.

We’ll provide all the materials you need. The whole event is unstructured and flexible, come and go as needed or stay the whole time.

If you need a quieter spot, just ask the team and they can help you find a nearby calm area to take a breather.
