What is Bath Go? 

Bath Go is a free app for University of Bath students and staff that allows you to: 

• Pay for food and drink on campus (including if you get Eat and Drink credit) 
• Earn loyalty points
• Access exclusive offers

How it works

Getting started with Bath Go is easy:

1. Download and install: Search for 'Bath Go' in your device's app store and install it. 
2. Sign up: Open the app and register using your university email address. 
3. Set up payment methods: navigate to the menu, select 'Cards and Devices', and add your preferred payment options. 

If you are a student with Eat and Drink or campus credit: your account will be set up automatically. An email will be send to your university address when your account is ready and topped up.

When making a purchase: 

• Scan your QR code: access the QR code in the 'Loyalty' section of the app and present it at the card reader before payment. 
• Choose payment method: the staff will check which payment method you would like to use – your usual payment card or phone, Eat and Drink credit, a linked payment card, loyalty points etc.

Bath Go is accepted at all campus food and drink outlets except Fresh and the Students' Union venues including The Corner and The Plug & Tub.
