From hitting your protein goals to powering you through the exam season, head to Sports Café to build your own poke bowl or choose one from our set menu - all of which have been designed for your health and nutrition in partnership with the Centre for Nutrition, Exercise & Metabolism in the University's Department for Health.

1. Mediterranean Tuna Boost 🐟
- Protein in the tuna: Supports muscle repair and overall health
- Vitamin B12 in the tuna: Essential for energy, metabolism and nerve function
- Omega-3 in the tuna: Promote heart health, cognitive function and eye health
