Journal your way to wellness
Get creative and stay organized at our Bullet Journaling workshop for Be Well Week!
This week we're focusing on The Six Ways to Be Well and how small changes can make a big difference to help you feel your best at university.
Join our ResLife Ambassadors for a hands-on session where youβll learn how to start your own bullet journal and create personalized health trackers. Itβs the perfect way to stay on top of your mental and physical well-being while expressing your creativity.
Don't worry if you've never done bullet journaling before - whether you're a beginner or a journaling pro, you'll leave with fresh ideas and a colourful plan for self-care.
Join us at Aquila Court Social space.
RLAs will be ready to welcome you at Aquila Social Space. Don't worry if you're coming on your own, they'll be there to introduce you to other students and make sure you've got everything you need to join in.
Bullet journaling is an organisation method that combines elements of mindfulness and productivity that helps you track and reflect on your tasks, goals and thoughts. In this session, there will be examples of simple trackers you can include in your journal to help monitor your physical and mental wellbeing. These could include mood trackers, water intake, step count trackers and more. You can include anything that you think will be helpful for you. There will be examples of different layouts and other pages to include, so you can carry on your journal in your own time. RLAs will be there to guide and offer their advice and suggestions as well.
All materials will be provided, but journals are limited, so if you have a notebook or journal of your own that you would like to use, please bring it along! We'll have stencils, coloured pens, washi tape and more to make your journal unique to you.
Location Information:
See the link above for a map of the exact location. Aquila Court Social Space is located on the ground floor next to reception. There is seating available and an accessible toilet on the same floor.
